Situated on a picturesque hillside on the fringes of Coldingham village these two newly renovated properties are the ideal place to relax after a day exploring the dramatic Berwickshire coast. Adjoining the owners’ home the cottages sit just a mile from the beautiful beach of Coldingham Sands a perfect secluded gem where Gosmount Farm visitors also enjoy use of the owners’ beach hut. Diving enthusiasts are drawn to the area’s clear offshore waters and the coastline affords visitors glorious walking: those heading south to the little town of Eyemouth (3½ miles by road) can take a boat trip from its attractive working harbour or feed the wild seals whilst 2 miles to the north lies the quaint fishing village of St Abbs and the St Abb’s Head nature reserve famously provides spectacular clifftop walks. The splendid city of Edinburgh is only an hour’s drive or 45 minutes by train from the historic town of Berwick upon Tweed (11 miles). Shops and pubs in Coldingham ½ mile.
