Sitting above the high street and 2 minutes walk from picturesque Rottingdean beach (pictured) this very comfortable apartment (three windows shown right of gable facing) is a superb base for exploring this picture-postcard town. Restaurants bars niche shops and a famous windmill all within walking distance as are Kipling’s beautiful walled gardens. Watersports from nearby marina (2 miles) include water skiing kayaking sailing and fishing. Monks’ House the home of Virginia Woolfe is 4 miles Saltdean Lido is just 2 miles and Brighton and Lewes are within 5 miles. The South Downs National Park is nearby and local cycle paths and walks include one along the beach to Brighton. Pub 30 yards shops 85 yards.
